We only accept returns for items that remain unused, in their original packaging and condition. Products that are personalized or intimate in nature are excluded due to hygiene and customization restrictions.

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you received your order. After this period, returns and refunds are no longer available.

Before returning any product, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our customer support team. Returns sent without an RA number may be rejected.

Upon receipt, your returned item will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please be advised that restocking fees, shipping costs for returns, and applicable taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.

Discounted items may qualify for returns but will only be refunded at the price originally paid.

Return items must be securely packaged in their original box with all original tags and accessories included. The RA number should be clearly visible on the package. Use a trackable shipping method and send it to the address provided by our customer care team.
